Het is echt on fookin gelovig dat The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey nog niet in bioscopen draait, of er is al bekend dat op 13 december 2013 er een extended Blu-Ray versie gaat komen. Dit is wat de website superherohype aan de hand van een kalender heeft ontdekt. Ik kan je ook voorspellen dat als alle drie de films uit zijn, er een limited collectors hairy feet editie komt, zodat je in totaal een week non-stop Hobbits kan bekijken. FFS....

Although it shouldn't come as too big of a surprise to fans of Peter Jackson who, in the past, has shown quite a penchant for extended home video versions of his films, Movies.com has spotted an entry on an upcoming calendar of planned Warner Bros. Home Entertainment 2013 releases that lists a The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Extended Edition Blu-ray release for next year's fourth quarter.

The Extended Edition of the first film will likely be on store shelves just prior to the December 13, 2013 theatrical release of the second chapter, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug.
