De wereldwijde launch van de Xbox One wordt overschaduwt door een hoop kapotte consoles die soms dood in de doos liggen of waar van de Blu-ray drive het geluid maakt alsof hij op je disc aan het kauwen is. Net als met E74 Error en het Krassen Probleem probeert Microsoft dit wederom te down playen door te zeggen dat het maar een klein aantal gebruikers treft, maar de realiteit toch wel tien duizenden consoles zijn ala 599 Euro. Microsoft heeft nu een persbericht naar buiten gebracht en deze kan je hier onder lezen.
