Goed nieuws voor de fans van SyFy original Z Nation, want vandaag is bekend geworden dat de show een vierde seizoen gaat krijgen. Deze low budget zombie serie die ook wel de poormans Walking Dead wordt genoemd weet zich voortdurend te verbeteren en heeft een behoorlijke dosis humor en dat is dan ook de grote kracht achter het succes. Dus Operation Bitemark is nog lang en breed niet over.

Syfy announced today that Z Nation has been renewed for a fourth season. The good news comes three episodes ahead of the zombie drama's third-season finale, which airs on December 16.

The cable network has ordered 13 new episodes of Z Nation for Season 4, down a couple from the 15 episodes it received for Seasons 2 and 3. Set in a post-zombie apocalypse, the series follows a group of everyday heroes trying to save humanity as they search for a cure for the virus.

Look for Season 4 of Z Nation in 2017.
