The first ever public Xbox One saved game tool called Vantage has finally been released on TheTechGame. In the video below, you can see working mods in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered.

The desktop application, Vantage was released by Team Vantage for free on TheTechGame on Monday and currently features an editor for Modern Warfare: Remastered.

Team Vantage is working on adding more games to the tool. They confirmed in their feedback thread that they are looking into Black Ops 3, Forza, and Gears of War.
