REALLY IMPORTANT PSA
It looks like Microsoft are now suspending people for uploading emulator screenshots / videos to Xbox Live!

As always, I only recommend installing these emulators on an alternative account, and we now recommend you do not upload screenshots or videos to Xbox Live.

Further clarification:

It seems this is only for screenshot / video uploads.
It's also temporary, as the screenshot above says, not a ban

I imagine this is due to the Kodi uploads, as some have mentioned there's been a ton of piracy going around due to my uploads of Kodi. I've noticed they've cracked down on screenshots from these Kodi uploads in the past by blocking them.
I'm now waiting for the influx of will I get banned? questions
You can disable auto-uploads to prevent screenshots & videos from being uploaded to Xbox Live, we recommend you do this if you're using your main account.

TL;DR:
- Suspension for uploading SCREENSHOTS / CLIPS of emulators to Xbox Live.
- We don't know how long.
- Only one person confirmed affected so far
- No, you won't get banned for using emulators.
